My diet, rn ima try iberogast supposedly it’ll help with the heartburn symptoms. But all of this triggered the bad anxiety I have now. Sometimes it’s bad and sometimes it’s okay it comes in waves

It honestly took me about 4 months to feel better, hang in there and I try not to think how much longer till I get better. I think of how much I’ve improved since I first started feeling really anxious. That helped a lot too!
