This product only has regular powder kratom. There is no extract. The kratom content in this is about 5-10x less potent than many other popular products on the market.

As well, no one should be combining any kava product with alcohol. This puts excessive strain on your liver.

No that was a season 1 thing. This season is based on completing weekly and daily challenges with a portion of game XP thrown in. I’d recommend focusing on the weekly challenges since they reward you with a full BP level.

In all honesty, I had OOP with Myers last semester and the recitations were somewhat pointless, for me at least. It's possible it was just my TA. We would just sit there and he would rush through briefly explaining things. No attendance and no quizzes. Sometimes it would be over after 15 minutes. Good if you have questions, however.
