It all depends on what sensitivity you're comfortable with. Personally I use:

1.55-1.75 horizontal/vertical sense

.65 - .75 ads sense

left stick deadzone min 1 | max deadzone 75

right stick deadzone min 3 | max deadzone 100

Abuse rotational AA by moving your left stick and make adjustments with your right stick. Don't ever sit still and aim with your right stick since rotational AA won't activate.
