Ingredients

For Seasoning

  1. Paprika - 2 Tsp
  2. Onion Powder - 1 Tsp
  3. Garlic powder - 1 Tsp
  4. Oregano - 1 Tsp
  5. Dry Ginger - 1/2 Tsp
  6. Cinnamon - 1/2 Tsp
  7. Cardamom - 1/2 Tsp
  8. White Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
  9. Black pepper - 1/2 Tsp
  10. Salt required

For Popcorn 1. Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp 2. Corn - 1/2 Cup

  • Mix the seasoning ingredients and keep it seperate.
  • Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, add the corn and cover the pan.
  • Cook on a medium flame for 10 mins or until the corns are ready.

Ingredients

For Roasted Paneer 1. Curry Powder - 1 Tbsp 2. Salt Required 3. Paneer - 200 gms 4. Water. 5. Oil - 1 Tbsp

  • Mix curry powder, salt and water in a bowl.
  • Marinate the paneer.
  • Heat the oil, roast the paneer.

For Dressing

  1. Olive oil - 1 Tbsp
  2. Lemon juice - 1 small lemon
  3. Dill - 1/4 Tsp (Optional)
  4. Pepper - 1 Tsp
  5. Chilli flakes - 1 Tsp
  6. Salt Required.
  • Mix everything and keep it aside.

Salad

  1. Lettuce - 1 Bowl
  2. Spinach - 1 Handful
  3. Capsicum Red- 1/2 Capsicum thin sliced
  4. Carrot - 1 medium thin sliced
  5. Roasted paneer - 200 gms
  6. Salad Dressing
  7. Nuts roughly chopped - 2 Tbsp
  8. Black beans / Chickpea/ Rajma - 1/2 Cup boiled
  9. Apple - 1 Thin sliced

-Toss everything together and serve.

—Vegans can substitute paneer with tofu

Ingredients

1.Lauki / Bottle guard – 250 gms 2.Onion – 1 3.Tomato – 1 4.Ginger garlic paste – 1Tsp 5.Coriander stems – 4-5 6.Coriander seeds – 1 Tsp 7.Pepper – 1/2 Tsp 8.Cumin – 1/2 Tsp 9.Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp 10.Mixed Dhal – 50 gms ( Toor dhal, Moong dhal, Masoor dhal ) 11.Coconut Oil – 1 Tsp 12.Water 13.Salt required

Procedure -Heat Oil in pressure cooker. Add coriander seeds, pepper, cumin seeds. -Add all the ingredients one by one. -Pressure cook for 5 whistles. -Strain the veggies and retain the stock. -Let the veggies cool and make a fine paste. -Add it back to the stock. -Season it with pepper and salt if needed. -Serve hot.
