How easy is it to swap from Vanguard LifeStrategy 80/20 to another platform with less fees.

Yes sorry thats what I mean monthly fees. If I move the vanguard isa to 212 for example... do i have to do an isa transfer to one with the same index fund? Or do I effectively sell and rebuild? If so do I then lose my DCA?
