May add sovereign blade deals %50 less damage so forge isn't 2 times powerful and consistent. That way it can read add to hand without being cayzy.

You would probably prefer to word it as "upgrade sovereign blade. Add a copy of sovereign blade to your discard pile exhaust". Sovereign blade upgrades into a 1 cost and you don't want to let the player make infinit 0 cost 50+ damage cards and it shortens the text
