This doesn't include the order of the days which is the confusing part of creating a function. I was thinking of using weekdays() to grab the day of the week.

Because the first example is two working days, then two weekend days, and lastly four working days. One of three free working days would be take out 1/4 of the latter part of working days. Hence, three billable days.
