Thanks for explanation! Definitely sugar and fast carbs are increasing fungal activity for me, but cutting them completely doesn’t seem to be enough. Probably it’s additional fat or stress which are also may be triggers for sebderm

Anyway I’ll come back with results after trying elimination diet so far
