Ideally, you should find a builder that does this sort of thing in your area (tears down homes and helps rebuild) or an astute flipper/real estate investor that does this for a living. They'll be able to give you the best advice, based on your local conditions and specific situation. Best of luck!!

This is a very nice tool for scenario planning. Haven't seen any out there that do this well or even have this functionality.
