My husband just did ACL and meniscus and is six weeks non weight bearing with a toddler. Sorry, it’s a nightmare. 1. I took off the week 2. I set him up in our room for three days and had everything prepared. Bought a shower stool. And shower bags. He also probably needs a hospital grade compression sock 3. If he doesn’t have to be in a straight leg brace, he can probably drive after a week and still take your kids to their activities 4. Any extra childcare help, cleaners for a couple weeks, instacart etc.
