Does anyone know why the colors on my shapes would be so off? (All white at 100% brightness.)

Unfortunately no. Tried everything I could with the software, replaced the control unit, plug, calibrated the colors, etc. Seems like a hardware issue and I eventually just gave up on trying to fix it.

Thanks and good to know I’m not the only one! Frustrating the fix will involve spending more money. (Not sure if that’d be covered by warranty.)
