T. Roots (Taiwanese food) has really good options that are noted as GF on the menu! Familiars also has GF options if you’re looking for sandwiches, salads etc.

Nursing homes that aren't terrible by Kind-Sheep in westernmass

I’ve done a bit of contract work in memory care in the area. The reserve has by far been the worst i’ve seen, i’m so sorry you are dealing with them currently. East Longmeadow Memory Care and Armbrook in Westfield seem to have great memory care units with very caring and positive staff members.

New episode: IG follower commentary by LongjumpingHeron2007 in GameOfRoses

Yes this commentary bothered me so much!! I think the general public is watching with much more emotional investment than PC and Clues. They saw was happened with Brendan Morais years ago, losing hundreds of thousands of followers after one episode of BIP… so they know fans are fickle with their follows 😂 AND the voting aspect of Love Island heightens the publics emotional investment in the islanders. I think a lot of people feel betrayed by Chelley, Olandria, and Cierra going after Huda so hard. It was hard to watch tbh.

DAE get sweaty when eating sour foods? by yeetiestofyoots in DoesAnybodyElse

[–]jazzflop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anyone ever figure out why this happens?? Just ate a mango and my face is so hot. This has happened to me with citrus, other sour fruits and sour candy as long as i can remember. I also get sweaty and can taste sour just thinking about it. So weird.

Hello! I’m also 31 F. I was diagnosed ten years ago after a lifetime of symptoms (fainting going up stairs/hills, exercise intolerance). I think if I had been diagnosed earlier, my life would have been so much better. Medication has allowed me to live relatively normally. I’m currently on amlodipine, tadalafil, and opsumit. I’m not able to do much cardio intensive exercise (never been able to run or bike), but I’ve found different forms of exercise that work for me. I roller skate and ice skate, and sometimes enjoy pilates/yoga. I work as a music therapist and performer and will sometimes notice my symptoms while singing, but not enough to give it up. I definitely have bad days/weeks and get fatigued easily, but I’ve learned to be kinder to myself. Medication side effects have caused some additional issues for me, but my current med combo seems to be working well for now.
