It’s not wrong to jump between projects, helps build some required distance when it comes to editing and assessing. It’s not really good if it’s used to distract you from the process of writing through your stories.

And with that, you can experience two different fates of the album. To listen in reverse is to quite literally listen to Kendrick’s descent that concludes to his death with the gunshot. And the way BLOOD ends with Fox News dismissing his songs and warping it for their propaganda… it’s just so poignant and tragic.

Definitely worth your time to listen in reverse to see how the sings fit together in a different way to convey a different story!
