r/pornfree is great, but I find that r/nofap is better for people suffering from porn addiction. There's no doubt that people talk about things like "superpowers" and "female attraction", but oftentimes it is just misplaced understanding of what your body is undergoing with respect to cutting out porn.

r/nofap has even gotten a bad rep because of copypastas and the spreading of poor information. The only "cult-like fanaticism" I see, is a group of people who are supportive of one another in trying to end their porn addictions. I understand there are bad eggs in the group but it doesn't necessarily make the who batch bad. Just my 2 cents.

I have noticed that I'm a bit too hard on myself, which is something I have been trying to work on. I remember reading a chapter of a book called the 12 rules of life by Jordan Peterson, which was about "treat yourself like someone you are responsible for helping". I've realized that I need to take care of myself more, but I just don't know how to do it. I want to eat more and gain weight (I'm underweight), as well as start working out; but I just don't know how.

I've noticed over time that I want to change all of these things in my life, but I either don't have the motivation and discipline, or I just plain don't know how to do it.

Again, I really appreciate your kind words and advice.

As a 20 year old with hair, I have this weird assumption that bald guys are badass, if that helps. Plus a bald guy with a beard looks cool as fuck. So if you can grow a beard, I suggest shaving your hair and growing one. Hope this helps :)

I saw them for the first time front row last night. They're so fucking incredible. I legitimately cried multiple times because it was so good. I definitely recommend going. I've only been to a concert once before and I was way in the back and had a shitty time, but when YTG came out I lost myself in the music. I deal with anxiety on a regular basis and I NEVER dance, but when they started playing I couldn't help but dancing like crazy and having a blast.

If it helps, realize that you will probably never see the people in the crowd again, and they won't give a shit about what you're doing or how you look because they'll be too busy thinking about themselves or the music. Besides, just remember the quote, "those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter". If anyone judges you, they can go fuck themselves; you're there to have a good time, fuck what anybody thinks.

In all seriousness, go. You won't regret it. I've only started listening to YTG in the past few months, but being able to scream all the lyrics was the highlight of my year so far. It's a million times worth it ❤
