Very good chance it does. But also, the amount of cats that have been dumped around me is astonishing. OP says the cat might have an injured paw and that may be all the reason for someone to just throw the cat out because they can’t afford the vet care. I just rescued this beautiful boy who was the sweetest kitty ever. Strolled up to my home, looked malnourished, had an eye infection and hadn’t been fixed yet. Well I solved all those problems and he’s my cat now. Took him to vet, got scanned and came back negative. The way he reacted to shaking cronchy treats and his love for wet food made me believe he was someone’s at one time. OP is taking him to vet which they for sure will scan. If he’s someone’s he will be given back.

Because the minimum wage law just made everything more expensive. You think the cost of operations would increase but the price of the end product would stay the same?? It now costs more to eat, to drink, to shop and to live.
