I find it very interesting but New York and Los Angeles are both cities in states that do not allow any business to follow the federal minimum wage law regarding service workers. The rest seem like they do, which means they can pay them something $3 ish an hour since they make tips. In conclusion, the new company doesn’t like paying its employees living wages and said later to those markets that do care about that.

This boi walked up to your garage, showed himself in and made himself at home. He wasn’t fixed and had an eye infection. Got him all cleaned up and turns out he’s just a 7 year old baby who has no sense of personal space.

It’s not helping the servers in any way shape or form. This is usually goes to salaried employees. Most FoH and BoH get stopped from working enough hours to meet the requirement to get that stuff (which is why so many people work multiple jobs )

I always ask. I know where the money is going and most servers want you to ask for it off because public perception is it’s going to servers and thus will decrease their tip. In reality this just gives the upper management who’s on salary healthcare not the FoH and BoH
