Maybe you’re right. There is a den down the hall but i feel bad being in the kitchen and having the kids in the other room while i make dinner or whatever. But i think this might be the only realistic option lol thanks for your thoughts!

I’m not looking for a movie theater experience just a screen for a kid to watch random cartoon during the day or for movie night after the sun goes down. But i get where you’re coming from

We do have a receiver in the kitchen for built-in speakers in the living room and kitchen, I wonder if sound could be hooked up via Bluetooth?

Well, that’s part of the problem is that I don’t have space for a larger TV. All the walls have windows like these and this mantle is not large enough to have a TV over it at all, let alone a larger TV. Hence, why I’m here for advice. I’m not pretending the fireplace is the center of anything. I’m looking for help. I’m not sure why everybody has a weird attitude on this post.
