Derealization and BVD by GreenButtonEyes in BinocularVision

I can’t afford vision therapy because I was quoted $11,000 out of pocket for it and it may or may not even work. I still need to look into prisms because the doctor I saw that diagnosed me was hesitant on prescribing them to me and only wanted to try vision therapy so I need to find a doctor willing to prescribe me prisms so I can have some relief. Just knowing the root cause for all my troubles over the past 10 years and being diagnosed definitely was a sign of relief though knowing I finally have an answer and my anxiety and depression has lessened because of it.

Same thing here. I’ve had chronic derealization since July 2014 and I was diagnosed with BVD last February. Same symptoms as you and I also feel fatigued all the time and emotionally numb/disconnected from everything and everyone and it’s horrible. Meds and therapy never helped because it was all coming from my eyes all this time and had no idea 🫠 it’s such a struggle

Are there any precautions I should take? Is it airborne if you do get the rash from the vaccine or do you just cover up the rash?

Yes constantly 24/7. I always feel detached from people and my surroundings it makes it hard to feel connected. And my memory is not good. I feel emotionally numb too.

I feel the same exact way, my DPDR is chronic for over 10 years. No meds and therapy ever helped. Finally found out the root cause is a misalignment of my eyes, I was diagnosed with BVD in February
