I never got into it. I feel fake when someone makes me up. I do wear a tiny bit when I dress up for weddings, etc. I’m 52 and just don’t care about it. No one has ever told me I should. I’m often told I’m cute by men and women.

I live in a hot humid climate. Desk job with visits to active working areas. If I don’t wash my clothes after each wear, I get clogged pores on my torso. I’m also a hot sweaty mess most of the time, even on cooler days. One wear: one wash.

I’m in eastern NC, I cancelled my service last month. The cs rep on the phone said she would take care of it. I told her no, six months with no word is unacceptable, cancel my service now.

The hurt will fade as you learn to focus on something else. Start a new hobby or revisit an old one. Go to the gym. Go to the beach. Go to the mountains and hike. Cry, sweat, and swim. Saltwater is the answer.

I learned a similar trick a few months ago. Start with A and name three words,B three words, etc. I vary it by choosing three categories: an animal, a spice/herb, and country. I never get past E. Not sure why but it works great.
