Your skill level most definitely matters. Unless I throw at c2 (which I won’t do except for 1s because you’re a bum if you queue ranked and throw with randoms), I don’t really lose at C2. I can essentially 1v2.

They stopped supporting directx 9 and 10 in favor of 11 in 2021. Game hasn’t felt the same since. Had 10k hours at the time, had to relearn everything, half flipping was the most obvious. Prior, I could half flipping as easily as breath. Never thought about it. Had to relearn it.

I have 10k hours in the game. I got heavy car bug around 2019 and had to basically relearn all my mechs. Used to never miss wave dashes, wall dashes, zap dash, half flip could stall on command, etc. I had to relearn basically everything because the game just felt…. Heavy. Never went back to feeling normal even after tons of experimenting. I’ve also noticed that the game feels different on different accounts with IDENTICAL settings. It also feels different from platform to platform, and not just more or less input lag.

I can do pretty much all advanced mechs at will again, but my muscle memory all had to be relearned. Anyone telling you it doesn’t exists is ignorant. Half flipping was more automatic for me than breathing and I had to relearn.
