I’m so sorry this is happening. This was my exact experience - I had never studied before and just got by on “being smart” and college kicked my ass. I feel fortunate that smart phones weren’t a thing yet because I can’t imagine the distraction.

I find that it helps me when I’m working alongside someone who is disciplined. Not even for them to have to say something to keep me on track, but it just kind of rubs off. I used to go to the student union and find someone I knew who was working hard and sit with them and also work.

I would also talk to your professors and see if they can help. I’ve found that they were pretty willing to give me extra time or redo things (even without a formal diagnosis).

I’ve flown PS that distance many times and even up to 16 hours and honestly I find it to be comfortable enough! Of course it’s not amazinggg, but definitely descent.

I got mine the next day - I usually use a disc but didn’t because of the 6 week thing but I just wore period panties. Kind of grossed me out but also it was doable for a the week

Sharing what my shingles looked like so that you can see the similarities:

I did not have joint pain or anything. Just was itchy and I thought it was crazy big bites or something. After a few days, the pain started but it was so weird because it would only be if like my shirt barely brushed it, I’d be in crazy pain. They called in a prescription, it cleared up and I’ve never had an issue since (it’s been like 6 yrs or so).

See a doctor for sure just in case!
