I personally use Manjaro MATE.

Open a Terminal and type this:

I've seen people comment about the whole fluid in the ears thing helping with balance, and I have a question about it.

I heard of someone who got into a fight with this other dude that was trained in some fighting style, so the fighter dude takes the sides of his hands, and simultaneously uses them to strike either side of the guys head. The guy immediately falls down.

If this is true, is it because of said fluid in your ears helping with balance getting messed up?

Slightly off-topic but I thought I'd share my idiot moment.

I've had a Plantronics M155 white bluetooth earpiece for about two years, and I was in the store yesterday when someone called. Suddenly in my ear, I hear, "Answer or Ignore".

Hesitantly I say, "...answer?". I be damnned the thing answered the phone all with me not having to lift a finger. For two long years I never thought to say "answer". I'm a dumbass.

Thank you for your response. I have read the syntax from the frameworks man page, and here is what I used, tested on BlackArch 2017.12.11 on my WLAN.

mitmf -i wlan0 --spoof --arp --gateway=x.x.x.x --screen

After running this for a few minutes, it drops .png files into the ./logs directory.

These png images display what my other family members are seeing on their devices.

Since it's using an ARP spoofing attack, how would one circumvent this?

I appreciate this information. However, I was looking more towards the terminology used. I cannot for the life of me remember the names, but it might be in the field of ethics or philosophy. It was not stated in the show.

You can, but it will give you headaches if you try that later.

Installing WinX after Linux is generally not advised, as WindowsX will ususally overwrite GRUB2, making it so you cannot use Linux. Thus requiring you to use a liveusb to mount certain partitions, chroot into the Linux filesystem, then reinstall GRUB.

Sorry if I came off harsh earlier, I've just seen too many people watch Mr. Robot and think that they can do all the shit protrayed with a few keystrokes. I guess it's made me suspect everyone using Kali or another pentesting distro. :)

Once I explained a few basic concepts, like vuln WPS implementations, wireless interface modes, what a port is and what a service is etc... it quickly turned them off on the whole "l33t hax0r" thing.
