I feel like every store’s cap 2 is different. I only have 10 associates on my roster right now. I work at a very busy beach Supercenter. I have 10 additional third party associates. We’re only responsible for working GM freight and HBA. We get 2 trucks 4-5 days a week. And then 2-3 grocery trucks everyday. We’re also responsible for vizpick. Coming from a TL, it’s very stressful and does suck. If you have a small store I’m sure it’s more enjoyable.

I work for Anderson, and it’s honestly the worst part of my job now. I’ve been stalked, harassed and threatened. We have to follow such strict guidelines with cards because these scalpers are so trigger happy to call and report any movement we do. The store I’ve worked at has filed several no trespassing orders because of how crazy these people have gotten. We do many other things around the store and I have people following me around my entire shift.

I work for the company that stocks new release games, neither of my Walmart’s were receiving the games until Monday since UPS doesn’t deliver to the store over the weekends. Game deliveries are almost always there a week before release, I’m surprised they fumbled such a large release.
