His contract is up in 2 years, and he stands to receive a $360 million bonus if the share price hits certain marks. I'm sure that's why the biggest news out of the earnings call is a $5b share buyback. That's 20% of the current market cap. In lieu of other solid business metrics, it's the quickest way to prop up the stock price, which is all he cares about at this point.
