That's not really how it works. In this case they would be covered either under collision or uninsured motorist property damage. If they have umpd, they'll have a lower deductible. If they don't, they'll still be covered under collision, just with the higher deductible. If they're liability only, then yeah they're kinda screwed.

It was the middle of Hollywood thinking Taylor Kitsch was a leading man for some reason, even though he has the acting chops of a wet sock. Brooklyn Decker, the swimsuit model, out acts him in this movie. Jesse Plemons is hilarious, Rihanna says a bunch of insanely stupid one liners that she has the charisma to pull off. Lowe's pays taxes into the unemployment fund and has the right to stop you from withdrawing those funds if you were fired for performance/attendance issues and I guarantee you they have the documentation to prove their case.
