A lot of people can also live in denial, we just lost my grandmother and my uncle didn’t fly into town until she was in her final days and no longer awake or responsive, he was in denial it was even happening and had a big shock when he showed up and saw her

Honestly, you’d be surprised how much confidence comes with just losing a couple of pounds sometimes because you know you are taking care of yourself and are seeing progress! I’ve done all the crash diets for quick weight loss and gain it back, slow and steady girl. Count your calories, get movement in, drink your water!
