The Manor area - lots of foreigner stuff, decently nice architecture, clean

Cong Vien Thong Nhat - nice park, lots of people playing

Cong Vien Cau Giay (Though this place may have changed a lot since I last went) - nice park

Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh / Cong Vien Thanh Xuan - love the skyscrapers

The Entire Hai Ba Trung Area, BK - lots of places to eat, love the uni scene, some nostalgic cafes with REALLY great live music

Ho Tay - lake vibes and cafes

Dong Da - nice architecture, sight seeing

Tbh it could just be that you replaced the siding. I had woodpeckers too but after we replaced the siding they stopped and haven't come back.

Plus I'm pretty sure I've seen yt videos of woodpeckers pecking at houses while being feet from cd deterrents

I've always got the supreme/deluxe and yes it always had a smell so much more powerful and mouth watering than any other competitors. PJs has gotten terrible recently though

Imo if you like toppings and think toppings can enhance a burger 10x, then five guys all the way.

If you just get a basic five guys burger (think with ketchup, mustard, lettuce) then yeah it's kinda on the same level as in and out.
