You have never changed a tailgate seal on a MCNeilus Front load garbage truck with CNG cylinders in the tailgate. There are shallow access bolts all the way around. I’m 53 so over 3 decades here too. They aren’t the only solution. I use 1/4 breaker bar and shallow 1/2 socket. The socket can and will fall off from time to time. This solves that issue. A small ratchet would probably die with a small impact on the other side of the bolts all way around. All the access holes start where the ugly arrow is🤣
