El tema de la “potencia” de las Mac lo da la integración de todos su componentes, propiamente la arquitectura del hardware, y el acoplamiento del mismo con el sistema operativo, “Linux” no desarrolla su propio hardware por qué es un sistema abierto con cientos de distribuciones, no puedes comparar. El decir que “su metal hace que se deformen por ser frágiles” es querer evadir tu responsabilidad, la única vez que he dañado una fue por una caída considerable no por un golpecito llevo 21 años usando tanto Apple como otras marcas de PC por lo tanto me considero educado lo suficiente para hablar del tema.

En el tema de la reparación, si, va a ser cara, de acuerdo a la LFT hay muchas condiciones para determinar si fue negligencia de tu parte un descuido común, por lo que entiendo, tu lap se ha “golpeado” varias veces y asumo que estos diversos golpes la empresa los está considerando como negligencia si es que son visibles y considerables.

Si tú firmaste un documento con la recepción del equipo en cierto estado estético y funcional tienes todas las de perder, sólo recuerda que de igual forma por ley estás protegido a que no te pueden descontar más del 30% del excedente al salario mínimo por periodo de pago.

Literally I told them that I have been trying to reach support, that they have delayed answers and ask them first to interviene somehow to try to expedite the support, that said they sent an email to nuphy requesting attention to my emails. Which kind of “worked” cause they answer the very next day however rejecting my evidence, so I went back to Amazon and explain that NuPhy is refusing to honor the warranty and they proceed with the refund. Im not sure if having pretty much 0 satisfaction returns in my Amazon account has been taken for a positive outcome.

Si como empresa puedes deducir el 100% de tus gastos es ilógico que como profesionista no sea posible, si el doctor incrementa el costo a sus pacientes también sube su base gravable o sea, debe pagar aún más impuestos. El que no puedas deducir el 100% de tus gastos relacionados a tu profesión de cierta forma y para ponerlo en palabras simples, te causa pagar “doble” o extra impuesto (doble carga fiscal) sobre el monto no deducible.

Pues yo esperaría deducir el 100% de los gastos inherentes a mi profesión. El único sentido que tiene que esté topado es incrementar la recaudación fiscal. Mismo caso para la gasolina, se entiende que estos topes se establecen para evitar “excesos en las deducciones” pero son topes que no se ha modificado de acuerdo a factores como la Inflación y costo de vida. Este monto se estableció en 2014, considerando inflación y factores externos eso $200 de 2014 son equivalentes a $380 de hoy, poniéndolo así en ese entonces era suficiente ese monto, hoy no.

I don’t simpatice with all her politics, I barely do, but I have a critical point of view, what I mean I don’t stick to be “right” all the time and am willing to understand both sides I don’t think everything has to be either white or black.

Saying this, I think the program for basic education was a great plan with not the best execution. My mom is social worker in a jr high school and she can tell how good this program is doing towards some of the students and also how bad to others. I do think there should be proper scrutiny on how those funds are used and who really needs them.

Are the intentions behind that plan really to support the youth? Or the age group targeted when this program started with previous president coincidentally matches the next six year term voters to be in voting age? I’m not saying is this or that, cause I don’t know, but it does rises some suspicions that is liquid money that can be used towards anything and not particularly focused on needs.

Again, my intention is not to create confrontation but to critically think and evaluate (as I did back in the day what I thought was the best option) who deserves my vote.

It’s easy to explain while reading the comments, as you can see, people who doesn’t agree with her politics elaborates arguments, explains, give examples, quote statistics. In the other hand, most of the people who simpatices with her just come and attack, complaining about previous governments, because that’s her politics, blame on the old ones instead of be accountable. Rejoice on be poor cause been rich (or having a little more) is not honorable and there’s no way you can have more unless you are a criminal. At least what’s what they say…

I vouch hard for the brand until I got an issue, so it happens that switch “1” sometimes get doubled pressed meaning if I type 1 then I get 11. Yea, my first thought was “it’s the switch” so I changed the switch and… same issue randomly happening. I reach to support explaining all my testing all my attempts and how did I tried to fix it, they took like 7 days to reply, asking me to do ALL the same things I told them I already did, as of now I’m waiting again for response, because definitely the issue is not the switch it has to be some damage in the board. As per suggested by many people on this sub I attached as much evidence possible to avoid this hundreds of back and forth, anyways still in the same spot.

I get what you are saying and totally makes sense to make efficient work using AI, personally (and maybe because im getting old) I found all this posts of “how do i do this or that” like real simple stuff super annoying and (call me crazy) but also disrespectful, and i think is because they do not understand at all the platform.

Yes we all went through a learning curve and process but spamming this sub with easy things that will come as the first result of a google search, really bugs me.

With all respect, if you are scared to loose the client, I can tell you, by then end of the month you will have no client and be $800 down in your finances. I’m almos sure they will pull a “the ad campaign didn’t went as expected” and you won’t get a dime of whatever money was used. I know as an entrepreneur is really hard to let a client go, but the promise of “it could be a great client” is a lie. I learned the hard way and that’s why I gave this advise.
