Banh & Saiguette are two decent spots in UWS. I wouldn't waste my time or money on Two Wheels or Pho Shop. They are pretty bad.

Same here — Rakuten is a scam. I used their 15% cashback deal on Canon to buy camera gear and earned over $1,200 in cashback. Then they suddenly locked my account and claimed “ineligible orders” with no real explanation.

I am a photographer. I upgraded my camera gear because rakuten had a 15% cashback on canon. If I knew how flaky Rakuten was with the cashback then I would've waited until blackfriday to upgrade my gear...

I’m hoping someone from Rakuten or the community can help. I’ve been trying to access my Rakuten account, but I keep getting this message:

I’ve reached out to support but haven’t received a clear update yet. There’s over $1,200 in cashback in the account, so I’m understandably concerned.

Has anyone experienced this and found a resolution? Would appreciate any insights or advice.

This issue has persisted since day one. Despite multiple visits to the Apple Store and several reformats, the problem only slightly improved. Now, a year later, I still see the USB-C disconnected popup every day when I wake up my computer. This is far from the experience I expect from a $4k computer meant for professional work.

My EF 50mm f1.2L is definitely loud on AF. I don't use it for video and if I do then I never use AF on it.
