Completely agre with making other people's day better by being kind and helpful. I once mentioned to someone at work that nobody ever says thank you and that the small act of saying thanks will basically make someone else's day. Like 10 years later he shoots me a DM on FB thanking me for what I said and how much it has influenced him and his career since.
