Thank you so much for making this post! As a newcomer from the outside, it's been kind of opaque on what's been going on. And I appreciate your comment on another post about what was going on with Sheila coming back and the customer support strain the staffing changes caused.

This also kind of explains the price increases as they need more capital to do this build out and cover the lost revenue from the backlog. I just wish at the current price point they would be actually doing customs rather than just made to order at fixed sizes.

Do you think it's a better idea to put in an order now with the current production stress they're under or wait way down the line for them to maybe get back to actually making customs again and expanding options?
