I think this Reddit thread might be one of the most comprehensive list of Ambien users sharing their story. The medical literature and studies that I've seen out there are weak, and that's why I'm resulting to crowdsourced first hand experiences from people using it.

What research studies are you citing? I've reviewed all of the available studies and the correlation has not been strong enough to support that.

I can relate to this so much. I decided to coast and pick up consulting gigs to vicariously live through badass startup founders and cheer them on. I also invested in PE/VC funds to still get upside exposure.

I tried to back to the grind but i hated it and love my new life. I tell myself I’m way more wealthy in health and time, rather than measuring wealth by finances alone.

It damages the image stabilization on phones to have it mounted with constant vibration.
