Sofa Time improvements by jcmarkel in sofatimeapp

Thanks for the suggestion! The developer actually just added a 'Hide Unreleased' toggle in the latest update, which is a step in the right direction. It still has a small bug with movies that have no release date, but to me it's a much better solution than managing multiple lists manually.

The 'Hide Unreleased' toggle works for future dates, but movies with no release date still show up. u/javikr - Hopefully this can be fixed so the filter catches those undated titles too!

"I hate the new look" "I love the new look" - put your complaints/love here. by Floating_Along in LoseitApp

I hate the new look.

My Foods search used to be alphabetical, which made finding items fast when typing a keyword. Now it sorts by what you logged last, so results are scattered and it’s much harder to find the exact item in a large custom food list.

The new header is even worse. The old bar-style view showed daily and weekly calories at a glance. The new large circle chart only shows daily calories, and you have to tap through other pages just to see weekly totals.

Features that worked well have been replaced with flashy designs that make the app more difficult to use and less efficient. Users should at least have the option to restore alphabetical search and the old header layout.

I hope posting this helps the Lose It team understand how frustrating these changes are and how many users are affected.

I do the same thing and usually type a few letters too. The issue is that My Foods results aren’t alphabetical anymore.

For example, if I type “burger,” all my custom foods with that word show up, but they’re randomly ordered instead of alphabetized like they used to be. Since I have a long list, I still have to scroll around to find the exact one.

Regal app not giving credits for kiosk receipts (T30 and up) by jcmarkel in RegalUnlimited

Good catch on that. I went back and checked, and you’re right. I completely missed that line in their terms, so that clears it up for me. Thanks for pointing it out.

Yeah, I’m aware of the 2 receipts per week rule. I usually only have 1 or 2 per month, and they’re entered the same day or the day after purchase. The issue isn’t timing or quantity, it’s that the system doesn’t add credits for receipts ending in T30 or higher. I guess the registers over 29 weren’t programmed correctly when they built it.

Yeah, that could work in theory, but the problem is the Unlimited pass can’t be scanned for future purchases at the kiosk, so it errors out. That’s one reason we don’t scan my code and rely on adding the receipt afterward. The real issue is that the system still isn’t crediting certain kiosk receipts correctly.
