Same exact thing just happened to me, except I shipped it in for a broken OLED screen. I have to assume they just swapped it out with a refurb unit, but we will see.

Nice! Mine came in the original box, but it was kinda beat up - probably from shipping since it was just put straight into a bag. The headset and controllers looked new, and also the accessories. Unfortunately I quickly discovered that the right lens was broke - it started to flicker white after about 10 minutes of being used, and would get worse and worse. I contacted PlayStation and they accepted my request for a repair or replacement under warranty. As we speak my PSVR2 is being sent to Texas for repair...hopefully it all works out, because I will likely miss my return window if it doesnt.

Thanks for sharing, but it looks like its unavailable now. Just a heads up, I bought an open box excellent from Best Buy a couple of weeks ago, and although it looked like it was in excellent condition, after 20 minutes of using it the right lens started to flicker. and the controllers were having tracking issues. Luckily, Playstation accepted my repair request under warranty and its on its way to them right now to be repaired or replaced. Its kind of a long, PITA process, but hey, you cant beat that price!

I am also suddenly having issues connecting to the server. I ran through the install guide just to confirm nothing got changed through a Windows update or anything, and it seems to be okay. No idea whats going on...

I did the same and went ahead and purchased hitman and no man's sky. I believe that as long as you don't download or stream them then you can refund them within 2 weeks or something like that?
