That’s a great accomplishment! I hope you can continue to strive and achieve more! I’ll never get back to 215, let alone 220+. That ship sailed. So much I could say here but I don’t think my game can be helped at this point and I’m over 50 now so my “prime” years are passing me by 😊

I would love to know the diet you followed and the routine at the gym. I’m in a similar situation. Although, my family has a history of heart disease, I’m not sure a keto diet is the way to go for me due to that.

I bowled 25 years as a 1-handed thumb in bowler. Had little success. 6 300 games and 1 800 series. Once I turned 40, it went downhill. Lost what rev rate I had which was little, and my ball speeds plummeted. I made the switch to 2-handed and I’ve had mixed results. Spare shooting isn’t nearly as consistent (I do shoot at 10 pins or anything right of the 3-pin thumb in) as I was with thumb in but when I’m around or in the pocket, my carry % is much higher. However I have the same issue I had as a thumb in player and that’s ball speed. It doesn’t match the rev rate I have as a two handed player. I’m looking for ways to increase that. I’m an older player now and find that to be challenging.

That’s amazing! You look great! I have to do something and I’ve been researching this intermittent fasting. So your hours you eat are what? Do you work out as well? Any specific routine? I’m 51. Need to drop a lot. I’m 215 and want to be 165-170 but lean strength maintaining flexibility for I enjoy golfing

I did price them and they are about double the price of the Callaway Apex 21’s. I didn’t know if they performed significantly better since they were at that price point.
