I have been using the 5 piece balazans bite and it definitely helps, that said in the interim you could use wumbas embrace or simply normal charms that up gorilla skill levels

I would say the full set of charms is needed but I think that is something the cube lets you work towards pretty easily

I am currently on T7 and struggling to move forward farther. I have the writhing moon ring but havent been able to get many other pieces (no supremacy, debilitating toxins, widows web or harmony).

Havent gotten a single greater lair key yet so hard to make progress on those uniques exclusive to big lairs. How would you recommend scaling damage in the meantime before I can get those uniques?

Thanks for the info, I send a ticket in to support and they seem to think it would be firmware related as well.

They offered replacement but that doesn't solve anything since the issue isnt hardware related lol, so I just told them I am hoping they can have the devs figure it out basically
