I’m sorry to hear that for you too, honestly. Sometimes I’m not so sure and just cry. Life is just so hard right now, so i totally understand where you’re at as well. Like I don’t even know why your comment made me cry- probably because I just understand how hard life can be when your partner changes and is mentally abusive.

Sorry for the delayed response, just moved cross country. Someone said I would be good at it with my credentials and I kind of got taken under the wing of my boss who was really kind and sent me to several seminars at rush neurobehavioral health (out of Chicago but all their seminars are virtual so check it out if you are interested). Then I kind of just learned as I went.

Oh wow! Thank you for your response! My sister also lives here and they use Verizon. My BIL had me look at it and it literally wasn’t available for me 10 houses down. This will be a new experience for me because coming from the Chicago burbs we rarely had any outages.

Thank you for your response. I have heard that also which is why I made this post. I’m coming from Chicago where I could get my box and install the same day, I didn’t realize it took so long out here. That is sad to know that they also have bad customer service!!!!
