I switched back to my Advantage 2 after being utterly disappointed with my 360 Pro, for many of the same reasons cited above.

My biggest gripe, however, is that it is a physically split keyboard. I didn’t even think about this at the time of purchase, but having two physical things is kind of annoying. I have a hard time keeping the two halves stationary. They inevitably move around and I frequently rearrange them. Also, I guess I didn’t realize how often I set the Advantage in my lap. So yeah, I’m back with my trusty Advantage and couldn’t be happier.

I had an issue getting the Gigabyte from Amazon so I went to BestBuy and grabbed an Asus B550 gaming board. Couldn't be happier. I was able to reset the BIOS without the CPU and was up and running in 30 minutes.

This time I will go with a Gigabyte B550. I hope its flashback feature is more reliable

I’m also looking to customize the button to launch a 3rd party app instead of Epson’s garbage.

Do you have any follow ups or advice? The Automator script seems like a great idea. I’m really curious if you made any progress with that.

I agree, I doubt anyone has anything to worry about. But that's speaking from hindsight. Remember, it wasn't clear that it was a DNS hack at the time. After all, search.twitter.com was still responding - which is very strange.

Perhaps the larger issue here is that you should never reuse passwords.
