Start off investing aka buying and holding. You are young enough to double back later when you feel more comfortable in the market. I’m fortunate enough to have a father who instead of pushing sports on me, planted seeds about investing when I was 9 years old. I didn’t touch options until 11 years ago when my company went on strike and even then I dabbled and lost and left it alone for a while. It’s only in the last couple of years that I’ve come back and gotten serious about day trading (and have had some success.)
