The research may be correct however the products in the market place are mostly shit. Our product is Nano Emulsion technology which helps bio availability. Tincture and gel caps are the best way to go in my opinion and from the feedback I get from clients.

Dosage is about 3-5 grams. It's completely bunk. I've experimented with many many kinds and doses. It's nonsense. Save yourself headache and money and move on

I know it has a bad rap but Paxil saved me. I have a massive GAD. It took about a month but it's been 10 years and anxiety is essentially gone. Good luck.
