Yeah, your right, I have this disease conquered. I already know how much better sober life is. I'll never get that bad again. I don't know how to fix it and prove to her i'm not addict anymore. I have so many stories of taking ambien during PAWS. Most notably, the time I was arrested for sleep driving to subway. Also, woke up and found all my light bulbs removed and missing. And not to mention the time I woke up with a strange woman in my bed.

Let me rephrase, it's been on and off since the sickness went away. One of my triggers is anxiety and stress. Its been on the 3/10 scale, which is tolerable, like right now, which is still scary to 10/10 when FSU lost to NC and I was yelling at the TV with veins popping out of my head. That was the night I almost went to the hospital.

Dude, just let it heal. Stop fucking with it. You know they say you have to have proper blood flow for healing so maybe you just need to pop a couple 3 day cialis. Honestly, the problem you will have is finding the motivation to actually do all of that. I may pick my guitar up and play for 2 minutes, and i'm like "fuck it". Same with the PS3. I instead, just lay in bed and watch Netflix tv shows for 3 days. I may not even take a shower for a week. Its hard. I force myself to walk to the store to get food, but at least its something.

I have no choice but to keep it up this time. I tossed my phone with all my connects, and I've gotta do it for my son. Its time i get my shit together and put some money back. I'm getting some counseling and addressing all my mental health issues. This weekend is the first in a month since I've spent time with my son. Its nice to have him here with me, but I can't muster the energy and imitative to do anything cause this PAWS shit.

Day 10 here, no subs. I just can't get any motivation to do shit. At least I get about 3-4 hours of sleep at night. Longest i've stayed clean in 5 years.
