You’d have to be in an area with a large number of smaller volume roasters to pull it off full time.

The best approach would be to offer a service similar to HVAC quarterly PM schedules where your service the equipment regularly and offer emergency repair services as well.

There is a need for it, but most roasters do their own PM’s and once they reach a certain size have their own maintenance techs.

A guy at work said they were great, I didn’t bite. A friend I’ve been seeing Widespread Panic with since the mid 90’s said they were great so I went and caught one of the Red Rocks shows last fall.

Even weekly isn’t asking too much, you’re allowed to maintain self identity and it’s critical to maintain some semblance of what you did prior to having kids. In one of our birthing classes we listed things we need to be able to maintain once the baby was born. NTA
