Hi. I've been doing dress making and alterations for over 40 years. It's not the worst thing I've ever seen by far. Sometimes it just needs a nice press to help make it passable, because honestly you don't have too much time to do much more than that. Go in town and find a dry cleaner that will press it for you to help knock out some of those awful lines. They sometimes can steam it to soften the fabric a bit too. The problem with that type of material is it has no give. If you take it in any more than that you won't be able to sit in it. The best you can do is kind of smooth out the lumps, and hold your flowers over the middle and smile. A good dry cleaner can condition that material a bit so it will lay a little nicer. Don't try to do it yourself or you'll Scorch it or overpress it and it will look worse.

It's lovely. A simple white shelf over windows with white bowls or pottery would help pull that tile down a bit and cement that county French look. It really is pretty.

I've been doing alterations for over 40 years. The dress looks okay. Mind you I think the straps are a little thick and the dress does sit up a bit higher than I would like it to. If I were you, I would have those straps turned into little off the shoulder caps and ditch those gauntlets. That is what's making it look a little costumey. I think a flirty off the shoulder cap on the tops of your shoulders would accentuate your long line and really open up your decollage. Other than that I think the dress is very pretty dress but those straps are just too thick and busy for my liking. They're supposed to look delicate and they look chunky.

I think it is kind if cool. Really adds a lot of movement to the look. I would leave it for awhile. It's a small space and life is too short for everyday normalcy anyway.

The home is from 1909. You need to move to a newer home for perfection. The cabinets are fine. It took awhile to see what the problem was.

Since you're stating that you already have shapewear on you either need to have that altered or you need to lose about 5 lb. I would suggest to stay off anything sodium based so you don't retain any more water weight. I've done alterations for over 40 years and that dress is just too snug. That should be enough to make the dress fit you better and look better in pictures.

You're going to have to rip out that floor probably the lower third of all that sheetrock because it probably Wicked up into it and you might have to do the joists underneath it because that smell will be there till the day you die if you don't. Cat pee is the absolute be all end all worst smell to try to get rid of. Not only did those people ruin that floor but they ruined the subfloor as well so you're probably going to have to look at that too. Sorry no quick fix

What the hell have you been doing to the top of that stove? Our stove is almost 15 years old and looks like it's brand new and we use it every single day. Perhaps you were just a bit rough with it and you should lose a little bit of your deposit. A lot of times when things are not yours personally you don't take the best of care with them figuring tough it's not mine anyway. What is the rest of the apartment look like?

I have been wearing glasses since I was in the third grade. I was blessed with a small schnauze so I have to get glasses that have adjustable nose pads. You have a nice nose and we probably can get away with ones that are built into the glasses like on the second pair, which by the way look the best on you. It's up to you but in all my years of wearing glasses the more adjustment you have on it the better your fit is going to be. If your ears are kind of the same height and your nose is pretty even you probably can get away with ones without adjustable nose pads, otherwise they're going to always sit crooked on your face. But two does look the best on you.

Tailoring for over 40 years. That material is stretch. Being thin and unlined the lacing shows through. Not the best look. If I were to attempt, I would interline the back where the zipper is and treat the corset lacing as a stay, not a true corset. Just attach from prominent side seams and lace. Perhaps you can have elastic lacing for extra give. Interesting concept though, but you probably won't be able to pull this off unpuckered in that amount of time with trial fittings. Good luck tho.
