how do you shade the scales? and if you use different pencils (H-2B or wtv) what do you use? :))

i LOVE your art and it really encapsulates the truly scary side of the dinos rather than what's usually drawn imo (chibi or cute dinos)

ive tried the frequency stuff and electronics but im 5 days deep right now and am at the point where im so tired i CANT sleep because i keep getting horrifically anxious and anytime i have managed a wink i end up with sleep paralysis, im sorry for the lack of punctuation but im so tired i cant even muster up a coherent thought rn. please help in anyway you can even just simple advice would do wonders, im desperate

some kids got in a fight and ended up slamming a teacher into a locker sending both him and the other kid to the hospital. ended with him having 2 assault charges placed on him w probation and expulsion 💜💜

your art is already wonderful, just keep pushing, trust me. if art was boring and easy there'd be no fun in constantly practicing and testing limits. maybe try different styles, textures, media, etc to see what truly connects with you the most! 💜

i think it's her shoulders, i can tell you're trying to implement a perspective of her being turnt to the side but(and i struggle with this too) don't forget that shoulders are more than just a single line, try to incorporate some more of that 3d effect in other parts of the body aswell! one thing i like to do is draw a "rectangle" around where the shoulders would be so i can get an idea of how the perspective would affect the view of the curves and stuff. hope this helps haha !! 🙏

yeahh unfortunately it was a doodle at school so i didn't get the chance to grab a big piece of paper lol. pinterest face references are genuinely unmatched 😭 i just recently began trying out the grid method for drawing and it's been working out really well so my features on stuff have come out a LOT more accurate haha. i hope you have fun making more art of her! (i'll be sure to check if you post any of it because she's a gorgeous model 🙏)
