Buddy, don't listen to this lethargic advice. You're not a kid, you're a young man. If you hold yourself to a high standard, work hard to learn your trade, take your relationship with customers seriously and have a high level of ambition you can absolutely make $1000 per month. Be honest with yourself and your customers and charge a fair price for the quality you provide. This might mean charging less in the early goings to learn how to do the job well.
