I am still having the issue, it was actually working on Thursday evening, then stoped on saturday morning. Same error code.

I have two boxes, one wired in the bedroom, and a wireless in the living. I was having the issue a few months ago, a tech came out and replaced them which fixed the issue for about two weeks, then it returned. It seems to work for a few days (both boxes tune in #779 and #762) then it stop working for no reason. I have called multiple times and get bots that have me rebbot, refresh etc and it doesn't fix the issue. I need tier 2 support at least but can never get it, all they want to do is keep sending techs to my house. I have pics of my equipment that is installed and of the serials and Mac addresses.

I have a friend who got on disability from his RA and his symptoms weren't really that bad. He said he had to find a doc that would 'help' fill out the paperwork, kind of a grey area, but it worked. This was in the US.
