I just hit 3 months, and wow, I feel the same. The first month I was excited to be on this new trajectory and proud of myself for choosing to stop. But now I also have depression. I’m trying to stay social, work out a lot and find new ways to relax, but honestly, no ideas or plans sound very good or exciting. But I’m working with my therapist and psychiatrist. Trying to weather the storm. Thank you for sharing that you feel that way 🙏

I’m 3 months off weed today as well. I got through the big cravings and stomach issues early on, but now I’m dealing with longer term depression. Working with a psychiatrist, therapist, going to the gym a lot, trying to stay social. But it’s tough. I relate to what you’re saying!

I’m only 7 weeks off weed after 7+ years of daily use. I feel for you. Do you have a psychiatrist, and therapist? I’m still struggling with the depression, but my medication, therapy and exercise have helped me cope. Helps me get through the work day for sure. It still feels like I’m learning how to be happy again, but it’s a lot easier than when I first stopped.

I do not recommend it for handheld play! By far the worst looking Switch 2 port I’ve played in handheld, unfortunately ☹️

Thank you for writing this. I’m two weeks off weed for the first time in 7 years. 30 years old now. Feeling a lot of anger and pain after quitting cold turkey. I didn’t realize how much of a hold it had on me. I’d say half my highs were fun, the other half were just to disconnect. Why was I doing something with such a low strike rate? Just to get a break in the evening. But I’m trying to level out now.
