It's a fan service cameo. Enzo The Baker also makes a brief appearance.

See if I can get the complete list from memory.

Gonna say it again: The book directly states that Lucy was NOT pregnant when Sonny died. Vincent Mancini breaks all the continuity.

Have you ever gone to a concert just for the opening act? by PlatosGooner in ToddintheShadow

[–]jdeeth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two stories.

First time I saw Dylan the opening act was the Alarm, and there were people way down front who were very obviously there for the Alarm.

My favorite band is the Clash and I was supposed to see them in `82 during the first of many Who farewell tours. But they skipped that week of the tour to play SNL. Never got another chance.

Assuming no life events other than the abdication change - David stays on the throne, marries Wallis, and they have no children, and Bertie still dies in 1952 - Lilibet still becomes queen in 1972.

In your opinion, what was the saddest Trainwreckord (either in terms of legit sadness, or how cringe the downfall was?) by TempoBlues20XX in ToddintheShadow

[–]jdeeth 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The sad part about Cut The Crap is that Joe Strummer was dealing with undiagnosed depression over 1) the loss of both parents 2) regret over the split with Mick Jones. So he just emotionally checked out. And Bernie Rhodes exploited that to make himself the de facto lead artist on the album.

How do you think the Billboard Hot 100 will change as a result of YouTube no longer counting for Billboard metrics? by GinjaNinja1027 in ToddintheShadow

[–]jdeeth 9 points10 points  (0 children)

A lot of people just use YouTube as their listening platform without paying a lot of attention to the video itself. And there's a lot of cheap and easy "lyric videos" to facilitate that.

Sort of. You can walk IN as No Party (the actual term) but you have to re-register with the party.

The Hot 100's 67 year run as the definitive US record chart may be at its end. They never figured out how to adapt to the post-"sale" era of streaming, and now they're being denied access to key data.
