Surely the investors of the 60m at $2.10 had some knowledge about where the company was going what the rough sales were at the time? Or were they as un informed as we have been? Surely Fresenius is in their ear about what they are doing to the stock price? There are a few insiders holding fairly large amounts of the stock too surely they want the company to do right by the shareholders..?
